Una mirada a cámara Teorías de la fotografía
Coronado e Hijón, Diego
Diego Coronado e Hijón (Seville, 1965-2001) had a double degree in Fine Arts and Art History, winning the extraordinary doctorate prize for his thesis on Theory and History of Photographic Representation, the subject from which the various subjects he taught since 1992 in the Faculty of Information Sciences at the University of Seville, always in the area of the theory and technique of photography and the poster, arose and returned to. The posthumous manuscript of Una mirada a cámara: teorias de la fotografía, de Charles Baudelaire a Roland Barthes is a complex text and an irremediably incomplete and unfinished synthesis of everything that Diego Coronado knew how to do and wanted to say about photography, based on three superimposed lines of work - a history, a theory, a technique - on the nineteenth-century technical and aesthetic definition of photography and the modern redescription of the technological and ideological bases of photography .
