Fotoformas

Geraldo de Barros

Combines photographic material from the 1950 with works completed shortly before the artist's death in 1998, underlying the intensity and diversity of this unconventional artist. Within a period of only a few years he had transformed a range of ideas into reality, ignoring all conventions and rules. He combined playfulness with the strict rules of design, made private moments in his life into public property and combined rational design with feelings in unique way, linking rationality and emotionality.
