This publication contains contributions on the artist's life and work. They are texts and images from the International László Moholy-Nagy Symposium, which took place in Bielefeld from October 25 to 29, 1995, and which brought together a number of the most important Moholy experts for a short time. The conference was conceived and organized by the Photography and Media Research and Development Center at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences. It was also the 16th event in a series of similar activities since the photography course was founded at this university in 1979.
