Molecular cuisine as an artistic expression

This workshop includes an introduction to molecular cuisine and its methodology, exploring cooking as an artistic expression and its connection with memory and the senses. Theoretical and practical techniques will be developed, applying them to an artistic project. There will be a round table, teamwork and the integration of photographic techniques such as antitype.
